After several other experiences during his university years, he joined Ambev upon graduation, where he remained for 11 years. During this time, he held 12 different positions in 5 different cities between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, managing the largest logistics operations in Rio de Janeiro and also Ambev's largest distribution center in Brazil. In Rio de Janeiro, he also worked in the regional management, and in São Paulo, at the corporate level, he worked in the logistics management, overseeing Ambev's national distribution planning.
In 2018, she began her career as Head of Operations at The Natural One, a young company with significant potential and a leader in the 100% natural juice category in Brazil.
Reporting to the CEO and together with the other partners, he structured the company's operations area, contributing from the beginning to the reorganization of the area as a whole, where he carried out several projects in the areas of Logistics and Customer Service to improve controls, productivity, costs, service level and efficiency in general, remodeled all existing processes / implemented many others, expanded operations with new distribution centers and implemented a series of technologies together with the team / suppliers (WMS, TMS, Tracking… etc).
